"The Best Way to Waste 5 Minutes"
It’s
hard to say how to make our life be happy all the time. But everything has the
way out. A new research from the University
of Portsmouth in UK says:
Looking back through your old posts and photos on Facebook can make you
happier.
A small survey found that almost
90 percent of Facebook users scroll through their own timelines and 75 percent
of people do it to cheer themselves up.
They’re
on to something. Pictures from spring breaks past or your buddy’s bachelor
party take you back to good times and can remind you of the positive feelings
that are missing when you’re blue, the researchers say.
“Being
happy does not mean that everything is perfect. It means that you have decided
to look beyond the imperfection.”
