So I would like you to try this recipe, which use  fresh leafy vegetables, fiber-rich foods, and lean protein to get the same great taste but less saturated fat and calories.

Several studies suggest that we should consume fat from our meal less than 20% and most of those calories should come from healthy unsaturated fat.
So try this Mexican food recipe tonight!

Roast Chicken with Soft Tacos

This recipe is a good alternative from a roast chicken or grill up and shred a fresh chicken breast. Protein can help your weight loss quickly. In another way, we’re getting 37 grams of protein for one meal, more than half the recommended dietary for adults; however, it’s all for under 315 calories! Fat per serving: just only 5.2 grams, and 1.3 g saturated.

Ingredients:

2 chopped ripe tomatoes
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
8 corn tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sauce from Roast Chicken and 3 cups shredded white meat with Pan Sauce
2 limes, in wedges
1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced
1 cup cilantro sprigs
Hot sauce

Preparation:
1. In big bowl, mix chopped tomatoes with kosher salt. Arrange chicken, cabbage, radishes, jalapeño, and cilantro on platter. Squeeze lemon juice over these vegetables.
2. Heat prepared-sauce in microwave once again; roll over chicken. Wrap tortillas in white-kitchen towel. Put in microwave 30 second to 1 minute heating.
3. Divide 5-6 fillings among tortillas, easy to eat.

Prepare time is just 12 minutes and cook time is about 5 minutes. It’s easy and fun. Once again please try yourself with new leafy greens that you can easily find around your local market.
