There are two kinds of body fat; subcutaneous fat, under the skin and visceral fat, around the internal organs. In general, visceral fat is a metabolically active organ infiltrated by inflammatory cells.


Many impacts of fat are result in your metabolism, which gain you more weight. Particulary, visceral fat is packed deep within your abdomen. It is the most damaging to our health and has been linked with several diseases, such as a risk of heart disease, weight gain, high blood pressure, diabet, and even cancer.


Many researchers and experts keen to determine the best way to lose it. The result shows that you are better off taking up jogging, cycling, swimming or walking than lifting weghts, remember at least work out 30 minute a day.





From many researches, men trend to carry more visceral fat than women, but after menopause, women begin to put it on.
