1.   Protein


Experts recommend that we have to eat at least 50 grams daily of lean meat, chicken, fish, eggs, nuts or seeds. Protein definitely helps to rebuild strength our body. Many sources of protein also supply B vitamins, Zinc (Zn) and Selenium (Se) which are vital for a healthy immune system.

2.   Bioflavonoids
