DIY and Younger-Looking Skin Mask





Fruits and Veggies mask

Don’t waste your time for your younger looking. I found that someone who eats healthy diets daily, they look so young, especially their skin. I asked them about their secrets. Most of them say “if you eat your healthy food diets, why don’t you put on your face, too.” Fruits and veggies are rich of antioxidants, which help you to fight free radicals, which cause the wrinkles and the fine lines. There are lots of fruits or vegetables that you can should, in particular those with anti-aging vitamin C can fight free radicals properly. These superfoods will give your skin smooth, firm and younger-looking.


Go ahead guys, eat lots of healthy fruits and veggies! But don’t forget to apply them to your skin, too. It’s fun, easy and simple way to make your firmer and look more healthy.


Try this fruit: Pomegranate
Pomegranates seeds contain a super active compounds called punicalagins (found only in Pomegranates), which benefit your heart and blood vessels. Punicalagins are composed of an potent antioxidant as well as preventing wrinkles and other health benefits. They not only can reduce the cholesterol levels, but also minimize blood pressure. So it’s lots of health benefits, isn’t it?
Time to put on your face, but how guys. I have a clue for you. I always make Pomegranate Scrub before leaving home. Let see how I do it. It help me remove the dead skin cells for my smooth and soft skin.


Ingredients:
2 tsps of pomegranate seeds
1 cup of uncooked oatmeal
2 grams of brown sugar
2 tsps of honey
2 tsps pf buttermilk
10 ml of blended cucumber and tomato juice


Directions:
1. Put 2 tsp of pomegranate seeds and 1 cup uncooked oatmeal in the food processor, blended well.
2. Transfer it to big bowl and add 2 tsps of 100% honey bee and 2 tsps of buttermilk then stir them well.
3. Now time to add 10 ml of blended cucumber and tomato juice and 2 grams of brow sugar.
4. After that apply this perfect natural facial mask on your face and leave it for 10 or 15 minute until dry. Then normally wash it out with warm water.
Don't forget put on moisturizer after that.

You will see the different skin within a week.
