Best 4 Reasons to Have Night Snack

Did you know many studies show that eating late at night doesn't make you fat. Moreover, new research also suggests potential benefits, in particular it makes you get bigger muscles and a cranked-up metabolism. That’s a good new for people who work late at night!

1. Get More Muscle
One research published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise last year,  discovered that consuming casein, which is the dominating protein in milk. Scientists suggested that after an evening workout about 30 minutes before sleep increased protein synthesis in men. That means you have increased the body’s mass.

2. Get Faster Metabolism
A new study found that when fit men eat a modest about 150-calorie nighttime snack which consists of protein or carbohydrates. The result shows that they have a higher metabolic rate, especially in the morning than when they consume nothing at all before bed.

3. Get Less Hunger

As a research from Florida State University indicates that having a snack before bed not only help you less hungry in the morning but also improve satiety between meals for the next day. The point is  it didn't matter from the type of food, however,  focusing on protein is smart because it helps you build more muscle.

4. Lose Weight

This one study may be an ideal way to end your day with cereal. It’s a study from Wayne State University found that people who ate cereal before bed lost approximately 2 pounds in a month, while people who didn't have the cereal lost about a half pound. Did you believe or not. From my point of view, I believe it because I used to focus on my diet. I tried so many ways to find out the best solution until I read about this research and try to do what they say. It works!  I like to have whole Grain, which contains just 100 calories per serving and surely it has 100 percent daily value of 12 vitamins and minerals. Perfect diet?
