Pumpkin Facial Mask Recipe

This vegetable is packed with anti-aging antioxidants and power vitamins C and A. It can make a thick mask from meat of the pumpkin to help hydrate and soften your skin.


How to make it:
  • Use your own blender, and then combine 2 cups of canned pumpkin, 4 tbsp of low-fat vanilla yoghurt, 4 tbsp of 100% honey bee, and 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Mix them well and leave it for 2 minutes. Then you get a perfect pumpkin fresh facial mask.
  • Coat all over your face; leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse. Put your perfect moisturizer again to a good result. Try to use it twice a week.
