Healthy Diet Plan for Weight Loss Fast

Many experts recommend that if you want to have rapid weight loss fast, you should focus on fruits, soy products, vegetables, egg whites, fish, skinless poultry breasts, shellfish, nonfat dairy products, as well as 95% lean meat.

Dawn Jackson Blatner, RD, author of The Flexitarian Diet, gives you some more tips:
  • Eat more green leafy vegetables to help you feel full.
  • Drink enough of water about 8 or more glasses per day.
  • Get tempting foods out of your home.
  • Keep yourself busy due to you don't have time to eat or just because you're bored.
  • Don't skip meals.
  • Eat just only from a plate, while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the 'fridge.
One more tip, write down everything down you eat. This can also help you stay on track.
