How to cook burnt ends

Protect your heart with spicy beef brisket and BBQ sauce....


Some kinds of cooking are rarely good for your blood pressure. May be this healthy spicy beef recipe is an exception. Research from UK shows that a third of UK men have elevated blood pressure, which causes the heart disease. So if you want to reduce the risk of the disease, try this recipe from nutritionist Drew Price. Cooking called “Burnt ends” is slow-cooked hunks of meat. The marinade also contain high in heart-healthy spices, especially with garlic shown to lower blood pressure by 10%.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 kgs of Beef brisket
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • Oregano, cumin
  • Big pinch of seeds and smoked paprika
  • 2 thickly sliced onions
  • 200 ml of cider vinegar
  • A bottle of barbecue sauce

Direction:

  1. Let’s cook stress guy.
  2. Mash the garlic, mix herbs and spice and rub it into the prepared meat.
  3. Place in the slow cooker with the onions and a splash of cider vinegar.
  4. Leave it on 100°C for 4-6 hrs, cut it up and coat with the barbecue sauce.
  5. Aaannnd relax and enjoy eating.
