You can find the Mediterranean diet all around the world, so you don’t limit to Greek or Italian. Only one good reason for you is just stick to the healthy foods: fish with mixed with veggies, light on red meat and whole-fat dairy, with lots of fresh fruits, olive oil, and whole grains.
