Beetroot salad

Mix with orange, mint and mixed seeds

Beetroot is one of the most powerful superfoods to detox your liver, and also it is rich in antioxidants and really delicious vegetable.

How to  make it.

  1. Pack the baby beetroots in tin foil and roast them for 45 minutes.
  2. Peel its skin while warm and then mix with balsamic vinegar and some fresh orange juice.
  3. Wait until it’s cooled, halve and toss them with mixed toasted seeds, orange segments, few chopped mint,  and then season to make a good taste.
  4. If you want to more ingredients, add quinoa or brown rice. They are also rich of nutrients and multivitamins.

Edamame bean Salad

Mixed with chicken and pickled ginger

Edamame, superfood, are rich in nutrients and antioxidants.

How to make it.

  1. First, defrost the edamame beans and mix them with cooked shredded chicken, finely-sliced spring onions, black and white sesame seeds, and torn pickled ginger, a type uses in Sushi.
  2. If you want more calories, use soba noodles.
  3. It’s time to make a dressing. Mix sesame oil, grated fresh ginger, soy sauce, diced red chilli and a squeeze of lime together.
  4. When it’s done, pour it over the salad and top with some finely chopped coriander.
